Write the names of the people you love and have helped you get to where you are around the cockpit on the boat and around your berth.
We did this with Max Thorpe and Dave Spelman I’m Resilient:X in the 2019 Talisker and on those long, dark hours it’s great to remember that so many people are thinking about you and right behind you.
Such a fantastic idea! I'm already thinking of how to incorporate this in my life (given that I won't necessarily be sailing solo across the globe...) ;-)
