Treasure the good things each day

Once a day take an accounting of all the  and good things you have achieved. Can include feelings and joys as well as physical and mental successes. If you have a moment write them down in a little book of good thoughts. When times get really tough, just pick up that  little book and remind yourself just  how much you have achieved.
