in How do you stay mentally strong and healthy during times of solitude?
Mantras are epic. You just need a few that you can come back to from time to time, ideally finding and practicing triggers for them. I know whenever I am running and finding it a bit tough I come back to 'Always a little further' or 'Looking good, feeling good, ought to be in Hollywood'.
